These candles did not get wet inside and will still burn as normal but they do have water damaged labels. This is a luck of the draw - some labels are very smeared while some just have a drop or two of ink bleed. 

Its time to pull out those BCG's and dust off those books because if you want to get promoted in the Army you have to shove all of the military knowledge possible into your brain. Get out that antique map to brush up the land nav skills; be honest your a little rusty. Make sure you gather your Army Study Guide and don't forget the AR 670-1 the stress of the rapid fire questions coming is starting to build. You are going to be so overwhelmed by the dusty, leathery smell from all the books your brain may break but you have to keep going. You don't want to stay that high speed  E-4 forever so gulp down some rip-its and continue studying.
